Some countries and officials want to make it mandatory that a photograph is labeled if it has been altered in any way by a photo editing program. Do you agree or disagree with this? Why do you think people believe that images should be identified if they have been altered?

I do agree that the people believe that images should be identified if they have been altered so that the prestige of the origin of the images are not hampered and if any alterations done it is easily determined so that for any type of alterations the owner of the images are not to be blamed.
