Answer:

(a) A dune is a mound of sand formed by the wind, usually along the beach or in a desert. Dunes form when wind blows sand into a sheltered area behind an obstacle. Dunes grow as grains of sand accumulate. Every dune has a windward side and a slipface.

(b) The people living in cities and villages do not know about deserts. They cannot imagine how difficult the life can be without water. The reason is that they get the water rather easily. ... So an oasis is a small garden like place inside a desert.

(c) Camel is called the ship of the desert.
