Hey mate !
Note : " It is necessary the displaced element is less reactive then the element who displace them."
Fe + CuSO4 ====> FeSO4 + Cu
The given reaction has Iron and copper Sulphate solution when it will react the copper is displaced by IRON .
Zn + H2SO4 ====> ZnSO4 + H2 liberate
Here Zn is more reactive then Hydrogen so it is displaced by zinc.

If you react Copper with H2SO4 , copper will not displace the Hydrogen due to less reactivity.
