Some flowers are not pollinated by insects but by wind . Do you think such flowers are as attractive as insect pollinated ones ?

Of Course not.
They do not need any attraction to cover the insects. They no need to secrete Nectar. They no need to have any fleshy leaves. They no need to have foul smell or any fragrance.
They just need large number of pollen grains which are light and non sticky that they are easily dispersed by wind.
To capture the pollen grains, the stigma should be feathery, like in Corn, and have much surface area.

actually what happen is the flower which are pollinated by the wind have truly the morphologically modified for that purpose ..
in sense no they are not that much attractive usually but sometimes ..
let's take an example the maze you ..
in Hindi makka or bhutta is a wind pollinated plant the butta is the female part don't take whole bhutta as flower but the small grains inside it is the flower ...now try to understand the morphology of wind pollinated plants as the pollengrain are transferred by air so they are light in nature and the stigma is meshy which leads to the catching of pollen grain
