Some flowers are not pollinated by insects but by wind. Do you think such flowers are as attractive as insects-pollinated ones

No, those flowers aren't as beautiful since the wind doesn't care about beauty of a flower and helps all flowers pollinate anyway so no point being prettier than the others hence evolution won't make the flowers prettier over time.
