some historians of the opinion that muhammad bin tughlaq was 'mad' while other were convinced that he was an idealist and a visionary. What is your view ? Give examples to support your answer

Mohammad bin tuglaq was a genius of his time because he though of shifting the capital from Delhi to Kolkata which would be safer . also , he was the first one to think about fixed money value i.e. coins. but the thing which he lacked was proper administration which results in the debates of today.
