2.Ther are some millions of people are suffering from obesity, Blood Pressure and Diabetes. In majority cases, the main reason behind all these health problems is junk food.
3.Especially the children of today generation love to eat ice creams, Pizzas and burgers. They may taste well but they consist high calories. All these high calories will be converted into fats and cause obesity.
4.Cool drinks are another major unhealthy food people love to take. During summer instead of drinking water people started taking cool drinks. The unhealthy sugars present in cool drinks are always health hazard.
5.Another major disadvantage of junk food is, they will take so much time for digestion. So people who take junk food will suffer from gastrointestinal related problems.
6.In recent days people stopped cooking food in their homes, they are habituated for ready-made foods available in restaurants and fast food centres.
7.We don’t know what material they use to cook food and in most cases, the kitchens in fast food centres and restaurants are not hygiene. They used to cook stored food items.
8.Taking junk foods occasionally will not cause any problem if you have proper physical activities but if you continuously take junk foods then you are on the way to the hospital.
9.Except for taste, there is no any other advantage with junk foods and there are so many traditional foods which are tastier than the junk foods. So start taking homemade foods instead of unhealthy junk food.
