Will you please answer the first question of biology
we would take a healthy potted plant and keep it in dark room for 24hrs, then before keeping the plant back to sunlight we would cover a leaf with black paper.. And keep it for 3-4hrs... Then we would pluck the covered leave and bring it in the experiment lab... we would then remove the black paper from the leave...
We would then take a beaker containing water nd a small test tube containing alcohol, we would add that leave into alcohol and then place that test tube containing Water and then boil it.... After that we would add some Iodine solution to it, and we would notice that the covered part was same as pale yellow whereas the uncovered part turn blue-black in colour... This shows Photosynthesis did not took place in covered plant
Hence we conclude Light is necessary for photosynthesis....
