Speech On My Mother | My Mother Speech for Students and Children in English

September 1, 2020 by Prasanna

Speech on My Mother: My mother is the closest person with whom I am continuously fighting. My mother is the person who makes fun of the way I am so choosy about food and threatens me to send me back to my hostel. My mother is the only person with whom I am so close to but cannot say so.

She is the person who has brought me up, who has worked hard to buy me two more dresses for my birthday. She was the person who woke up at 5 am to get help me get ready for school. She woke me up at 6 am and I would still complain about having to wake up so early. She is an ordinary woman whom I find extraordinary.

Long Speech On My Mother 500 Words In English

Good Morning, to everyone present here. My name is (your name), and I am going to speak about My Mother.

My mother is the woman who struggled for more than twelve hours to give birth to me. She has ever since then she has struggled to do what was best for me even if it was difficult for her. She struggled to get me admitted into a good school. Since she had to go away to work, I learnt to be independent from a very young age.

She is the kind of person who stands up for what is right. I’m the typical timid and non-confrontational person who wonders how to become more like her mother.

She is the strongest person at home. Give her any jar that cannot be opened, any coconut that needs to be cracked open, any furniture that needs to be moved for some intense cleaning and she will get the job done.

We were born at a time when all my friends’ mothers sat outside school to carry their children back home. My mother was one of the few mothers who rarely came to pick up their children. My father though could be seen a few times.

I learnt how to travel by school bus since I was early. I learnt how important it was to be on time to catch the school bus.

Everything that has practical value, I learnt from her. She was not a bright student in school but that did not stop her from managing an entire division for the company.

She is the type of person you go to, to get a job done. She is a natural leader and I a natural follower. She has immense managing skills obtained from her years of experience.

I never could imagine a person as strong as her could ever cry. The first time I saw her cry I felt myself tearing up into pieces. She’s the pillar and I, a small ant. How can I hold everything together if she collapses? I remember we both hugged and cried together.

I hated the image of her being helpless. I have seen her angry, I have seen her screaming like a wild animal, I can never see her crying.

I would do anything to make her happy. Most of all my decisions in life are, in fact, made so that she would be proud of me.

She is quite stoic. It is tedious to get one word of appreciation from her and that is what made it so special when she does praise me.

I once asked her what she would like me to become when I grow up. She said that she wanted to see me grow as a good human being. My eyes stung with tears I held back.

My mother is my nemesis. She is the limit I would like to challenge.

We both might look similar but our personalities are diametrically opposite. I am not lucky enough to have her dynamic personality. I might never say it in front of her, but I love her very much. Nothing and no one can replace my mother.

Thank you.

Answer:

A Mother's love is something

that no one can explain,

It is made of deep devotion

and of sacrifice and pain,

It is endless and unselfish

and enduring come what may

For nothing can destroy it

or take that love away.As God couldn't have been present every where in the world, he must have created mothers to make up this loss. Every where in our life, mother's role is supreme. Behind the success of every great person, there is the inspiration of his mother. She is our first teacher, first guide and first friend.

She gets second lease of life when the child is born, she smiles when the child smiles, she cries when the child weeps and she sleeps when she finds her child asleep. Her great source of happiness is the happiness of her child. She is contented if her child is so. For her the whole world is her children and family.

we can't express about mother in words.....
