area of triangle DBC = 1/2* DC * BT (1/2* BASE * HEIGHT)

                                = 1/2*60*13

                                  =30*13= 390 sq. cm.

area of triangle ABD = 1/2 * AB * AD

                                  =  1/2 * 40 * 9

                                    =  20*9 = 180 sq.cm.

Area of ABCD = area of triangle DBC + area of triangle ABD

                         = 390 + 180 = 570 sq. cm
