some of my classmates are under confident in speaking in english and do not know how to get help . also donot know to improve their spoken english. i want to help them. plz quickly give some tips

You can help them -
. The first thing is - every day give some topics like - media, our world,  the ozone layer and many more simple topics ask them to speak in front of the whole class. if they are wrong or their pronounciation help them and correct. This will help them to correct their mistakes. Day by day they will improve. I am sure this help you.
