Sadr was the minster responsible for heading religious donations and charitable contributions during the Mughal Empire.  Sadr also played the role of Chief Qazi during the reign of Aurangzeb.  This ministry is not there in the present day Indian government.   The role of Chief Qazi is played by the chief justice of supreme court.   Religious donations and charity are handled by private trusts or NGOs ( Non Governmental Organisations ), not by any ministry of the government.
