first of all we will ask that what is the exact problem to them then when they will give the answer you should know all the details that have been happened from the day they are behaviour all language has changed now check the answer what they have given and detail you have and if you feel that they are giving you wrong answer prove that that you are not going to tell anything that they have told you to others so that they will give you the correct answer and you can work on it as you want .if we will get the correct situation in which they are so only you can help them and you should get the correct feelings that they are feeling right now then only you can take some other steps and also you need to ask them first of all that they need help or not because if he/she don't needs help and you are taking some others steps it can also create problems in your friendship and all....
