First of all I would say that it's because of their surroundings. Normally we learn the way to speak by the people in our surrounding. So if they use more harsh and foul language then normally the children too will learn to speak like that being in such surrounding. And another reason is that they may be short tempered so they behave with dismanner or too impatient. This may also be a reason. So in such type we should spend time with them and talk to them patiently so that they learn the good way to speak and behave mannerly.
