some of your friends dismiss the elders that they are old fashioned in their way of thinking.what steps can be taken to change the mind set of the friends and their attitude must be changed

in today's society youth are the ones who are very important but elders are too important because they have wisdom and knowledge.To change their mind set we must ask some questions to them like when they were small kids who take care of them? who take care of the whole house? who controls the expenditure of the house? If the friends have given the whole responsibility of the house they can manage it? 

Our elders are the one who create us they have the best experience of life we should respect them
