I will tell them not to waste food and throw it into waste bin.
It is not a good thing to waste food when there are people not having enough food to eat.  The leftovers in a restaurant may be sent to some orphanages. But it is perhaps not the proper way of feeding orphans and beggars, to give them discarded and thrown food.
