some one plz tell me where we should write the date ,n time in notice, message ,letter n diary writing.

you should write date and time only in diary writting since it is a record of our persnol experience.you should write it at the very beginning.

As for notice and letter writing there is no of time,date is enough.In letter writing you should mention the the date after to address. And for notice writing the date should be written after the word NOTICE.

For message writing you should write the date and time at the beginning.
