At present, women are living a care free and full fledged life. In cities, women are more respected for their professions. At the same time, in rural areas like villages still there is a practice of female infanticide and polygamy system.

The male dominate female in some houses while female owns the house as well as works in office and do multiple tasks during the mean time.
