some planets in our solar system look very bright white some dull. why is this so? Relate your answer with reflection.

this phenomena is always done by the atmospheric reflection .
the planets which are larger in size or are closer with the earth are seen bright because the normal apply so it seems to be more bright.

this may be due to size and distance of planet from sun. if size increases, they reflect more light and as the distance between sun and planet increases,the less light they get and look more dull
