Some please explain me this step. Permutations and Combinations class 11 NCERT.​

Both sides were multiplied by $(6-r)(5-r)(4-r)$ to get rid of fractions. $5!$ and $(4-r)!$ got cancelled out. And so remained $(6-r)(5-r)=6$
