as we buy daily items like rice, wheat or any thing it is first wrapped in a bag usually made of plastic also when we buy such things we use a polybag to carry it around so this double packing adds on the waste but in some places such as delhi plastic bags are ban so at some places they sell paper bag well this is not the way out but we should use cloth bags
