agression can be considered as "natural instict." .Like whe some o e is getting on your nerve you cannot control your anger. In this case the agression comes naturally.

Again agression can also be a learned process.A peace loving child learns agression from his/ her parents. If the child sees elders always getting angry the child will respond in a way aimilar to the parent ie; in a agressive manner. In this case agression can be considered as a learned process.
