Yes, I do believe that they should have minimum graduate qualification because they need to administer and draft workable laws for the country. This job responsibility is huge. Any uneducated, illiterate who is not even able to read and write cannot be considered as a Member of Parliament. Right from the smallest jobs of a peon, clerk to an IAS, PCS post, one needs to possess certain basic minimum education. But ironically, for the HIGHEST LAW MAKING body of the country, anyone can be elected and rule us, this calls for a constitutional amendment.
