“Some say the world will end in fire Some say in ice. From what I’ve tasted of desire I hold with those who favour fire. (a) What is the possibility being discussed here? B) Here fire means lust and desire. He has experienced his desire and have come to know that the desire and lust are the most important elements to destroy the world.

C) There are two contradictory opinions in public. Some say that the world will end in fire while some say in ice. It means the world will end either by lust, desire or hatred( ice stand for hatred)

Alliteration - favour, fire

Anaphoda - some say... Some say.

Explanation:

When consonant sound is repeated in a line.. It is called Alliteration.

When two or more than two line start with same word... It is called Anaphoda.
