Right against exploitation usually covers the following exploitations
: Forced labour
: Child labour
: Human trafficking .

Forced labour situation : Ramu is a villager. He works in a building as worker. His daily wages are 200 and that of others who work as him is 450 .Here, he isn't paid correct wages. So he can reach out to police.

Child labour : The parents of Veru were poor that a person where they worked asked to send their child to work.

Human trafficking : Sheela is a girl of 10th class, While coming home. Some roadside fellows tease her.

In all the cases, there is some exploitation. So they can reach out to judiciary!

The right against exploitation, given in Articles 23 and 24, provides for two provisions, namely the abolition of trafficking in human beings and Begar (forced labour), and the abolition of employment of children below the age of 14 years in dangerous jobs like factories, mines, etc.
