Indeed, it's a wrong practice to litter your classrooms. Being a student, one should never do that. They have to sit in that classroom and gotta study lessons. In order to stop such students from doing such mischiefs, class monitors, and the class teacher should take some uttermost actions against them. Like, writing a letter to their parents or acquire fines from those students so that they'd never repeat the same. Further disobedience can be reported to the principal and other school authorities

Instant success and results are impossible. Even Nature works out its miracle slowly and gradually. Flowers don’t blossom overnight; fruits don’t ripen in a day; sun does not rise or set in a jiffy. Everything in nature is slow, rhythmic and time-bound. When it comes to success and producing results, it requires patient pursuing. People in the hurry of achieving success forget that all big achievements are wrought over long time by putting every small thing in it perfectly. A book becomes a masterpiece only when its author puts each and every word in it perfectly, at the right place.

James Allen in his book 'Ways To Blessedness' writes, "Not only great happiness but great power arises from doing things unselfishly, wisely, and perfectly, for life in its totality is made up of little things." All great men who did great things knew this secret. They did all little small things greatly and those small things combined together over the years became great successes. For instance J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter became phenomenal success. People adored those books. Do you think they could have enjoyed the whopping success without the perfection of each and every word written in them? The world is full of writers; but they lack perfection of small details.

So in order to achieve success, one must do all the things constituting that success in great way. Minute attention paid to small details results in stupendous success. So next time you chase success, do pay attention to doing all small things greatly with dedication, precision, devotion and passion. This secret is time-tested and infallible.
