a) Those substances that have pH > 7 are basic.
So here, solution of baking soda and sodium hydroxide solution solution have pH greater than 7,they are basic.

b) Those substances that have pH < 7 are acid.
So here, lemon juice and vinegar have pH less than 7,they are acidic

c) Those substances that have pH = 7 are neutral
Here water is neutral as it has pH equal to 7
