some times it is said that the Cold war was a simple struggle for power and that ideology had nothing to do with it.Do you agree? Give an example with it.​

no,cold war referred to tensions, competitions and a series of confrontations to prove their ideology superior than the other one. so it wouldn't be right to say that it had nothing to do with ideology.
