some times the shadow doesn't obtained why?

This is because the moon's orbit is tilted just over 5 degrees relative to Earth's orbit around the sun.

So sometimes shadow doesn't obtained

It depends on light. Sometimes when there is no light we are not able to see our shadow for ex in night. On the other hand in morning we see our shadow with darkness bcoz of sunlight

As sunlight is a bright light which makes the shadow more brighter than in darkness.
