in first condition
CP of 11 toffee=₹10
CP of 1 toffee=₹10/11
in second condition
CP of 9 toffee =₹10
CP of 1 toffee=₹10/9
therefore, CP of both toffees=₹10/11+₹10/9
==₹200/99
so, cp of 1 toffee=200/99÷2
==₹100/99
sp of 1 toffee =₹1(given)
loss=cp-sp
=100/99-1
=₹1/99
loss percent=1/99/100/99*100
=1 percent loss
ans =1%
