in this property 7: no. of natural numbers is let p and q the we can proof p^2=2q^2.
Here are four cases are shown where first case say that, if p and q are odd
so the p^2=2q^2 is possible or not
according to case given in book it is not possible because p and q are odd and square of any odd number is odd the p^2 and q^2 is odd and when we can multiply any odd number by 2 then the product is even so, p^2is odd and 2q^2 is even then p^2 is not equal to 2q^2.
In second case p is odd and q are even then p^2 is also odd and q^2 is even because square of any even number is even then when we multiply 2 in q^2 then is even so p^2 is not equal to 2p^2q^2.

MAY BE IT'S SOMETHING HELP YOU IT IS SO LONG .

datqualitycat: thank you so much!
sagarkes: welcome
