vaccination is a substance that is given to an animal (including humans) to protect them from disease causing microorganism. disease causing microorganisms are called pathogens. vaccination contains very weak pathogens .this pathogens are entered in our body when we take vaccination . these pathogens are very weak so they can not harm us. when they entered in our body the immune system of our body kill them. the pathogens Are Foreign particles ,but when our body's immune system kill them they are not foreigner to the immune system. then our immune system makes an extra antibodies to kill the pathogens if they may enter in our body in future. that's how the vaccination works.
