(b) George spread himself over the chair and Harris cocked his legs on the table

2. (a) He forget to put the toothbrush in his bag

(b) There is nothing does irritate the author more than seeing other people sitting about doing nothing when he is working

(c) Packing seems to be a longer job to the author than he think before

1. (a.) the author offer to do the packing because he thought he was the best packer. he felt proud of his packing and want to show it.

(b.) George smoked a pipe and "spread himself over the easy chair" , while harris put his legs on the table and lit a cigar.

2. (a.)author forget to put thooth brush..(but it can also the boots which harris mentioned that jerome had not packed the boots)

but more appropriate is thooth brush..

(b.)the reaction of george and harris irritated him because when the author was packing gerome smoked a pipe and "spread himself over the easy chair", while harris put his legs on the table and lit a cigar.

(c.)packing seems to the author a longer job then he had thought.
