Step-by-step explanation:

Let

p(x) =  {x}^{3}  - 3x + k

as \:  \: x =  - 3

p( - 3) =  {( - 3)}^{3}  - 3( - 3) + k

As its divisible by x +3 so remainder should be 0 that is p(-3) =0

0 =  - 18 + k

k = 18
