To find the mass, we first have to calculate the volume.

Inner radius = 24/2 = 12cm = r

Outer radius = 28/2 = 14cm = R

Volume of the pipe = Volume of outer cylinder - Volume of inner cylinder

= πR^2h - πr^2h

= πh (14^2 - 12^2)

= πh × (14 - 12) (14 + 12)

= 22/7 × 35 × 2 × 26

= 22 × 5 × 2 × 26

= 5720 cm^3

Now, 1 cm^3 has mass of 0.6 g

5720 cm^3 = 5720 × 0.6 = 3432 gms

Thus mass of the pipe is 3432 gms.
