FACTS TO BE USED :

• Distance travelled = speed × time
• The distance from the center of the circle to the circumference is always the same for each circle.

SOLUTION :

Let the distance AP be d meters.

we know that, distance = speed × time

d = v × t

= 0.5 × 150

= 75 m

The distance AP is 75 m.

On observing the figure, we realize that AP and AM are the radius to the same circle having center A.

And, every radius of the same circle is equal in length to the others.

Thus,

AM = AP = 75m
