Kazutaka Kodaka (Danganronpa series) is credited with the original story. Tomohisa Taguchi (Persona series), the lead director for game studio Too Kyo Games, is helming the series at Studio Pierrot with Yoshifumi Sasahara as assistant director. Script writer Norimitsu Kaihou (Kanata no Astra) is handling series composition.
