this statement is very true sometime the collision politics lead to policy paralysis because in collision government the government is not really independent for taking decisions they have to take the permission of their collision partner this process take a lot of time and in many cases the decision is not good for the peoples and also for the government when the people are not satisfied with the decision the opposition party take advantage of it for breaking the government so this is not good for any country
