Corrosion is an advantage as in case of aluminium. it forms a thick oxide layer on it which prevents further corrosion. after this it can be used as cookimg utensils...


Corrosion is a seious problem as it weakens the bridges and monuments made of metal..

There are some advantages of corrosion. Surface corrosion forms an oxide layer. It acts as a barrier for air and moisture and thereby preventing the inner metal fromcorrosion. Some metals like zinc act as sacrificial anodes to prevent corrosion to other metals
 disadvantage of corrosion is the purity of the metal is lost
