according to me, by focusing on both sides of the coin. There will surely someone who would able to detect it. Even you are fallen on delusional side, still you need to be self aware of listening other side even if you think they are wrong. After listening it, if you have no counter to defend your chosen one with facts, you get to know who is using such pitiful tactics
