when we press towards something for a long time, the blood stops flowing in the region . When we release, the blood starts flowing too quickly and we get that type of feeling.

Our leg or hand feel like current or walking ants when pressed under something for long. This happens because when our  limbs are pressed for a long time with something it causes the blood vessels to collapse temporarily but after sometime the blood again flows back to the limbs with a great amount of force.this force of blood in it's stream causes this sensation.
