2). Expression of various kinds of social division in politics often results in their cancelling one another out. This leads to the strengthening of a democracy.

3). In certain cases, countries like India tries to accomodate social division by providing power to certain backward people.

Bring together various ethnic group irrespective of language, caste, creed etc. without losing one's identity. It gives access to all areas of community life and eliminates segregation.
