Answer:

No,sympathy is a useless triat .It doesn't do any good to others. Our sympathy towards differently abled people makes them feel that they r helpless and hopeless. It reduces their confidence. So showing sympathy does more harm than good, moreover we must develop emapathy not sympathy.Empathy is the act of putting ourself in their place and feel their worries.

Sympathy shown to the differently abled does more harm than good.

Explanation:

Sympathy towards our fellow human beings s one of the most important trait that we must all strive to have. But not all sympathies are welcomed or good for everyone.

For instance, showing sympathy to especially the differently disabled is a good thing. help them whenever you can. But this very quality also led to the depreciating of self confidence in them. When we help them, we may think that we are doing good to them and it is rightly so. But at the some time, we are also inadvertently asserting their incapability of doing things on their own. Their confidence in themselves decreases further, making them more and more sad for themselves. So, even if one is to help someone in need, it will be more comfortable for both parties if the one helping the other asks whether he/she requires any help before doing anything.
