Answer:

Rh disease occurs during pregnancy. It happens when the Rh factors in the mom’s and baby’s blood don’t match. It may also happen if the mom and baby have different blood types

if the father and mother are of different blood group this happens the first child of them is not affected . If the mother and baby are having same Rh factor that is they are having positive or negative blood group they don't have any problem .

can cause the mother’s immune system to make Rh antibodies that attack the baby’s red blood cells as foreign. Other maternal antibodies that may develop and cause complications

Blood type incompatibility only becomes a problem after a mother develops antibodies against her baby’s blood cells. These antibodies don’t develop until a mother is “sensitized,” which occurs when the mother’s and baby’s blood mix during pregnancy. This can happen if the baby’s blood crosses the placenta or during certain invasive prenatal tests, trauma, birth or other situations. Although sensitization is not a common issue in first pregnancies, it can cause complications with future pregnancies.
