Ancient health habits and practices which are abandoned now:
The habits of our ancestors which made them healthier and the lifestyle of us which causes sufferings are enlisted as follows,
- The biological clock was strictly followed by them including timely routine of eating and sleeping and others thing. This abandonment of habit has led to the most initial cause of our sufferings.
- The form of food which they used to eat were the original, mostly they used to cook over fire only those things which made them difficulty in chewing, rest others were written as such, leading to its non-destruction of nutrient content of the food.
- Processing of food was not done during early days.
