Sometimes we feel very depressed .so what can we do to reduce that depression??????

U can listen to music . The amount of pleasure that it gives is just osm. So listening music is the best way to reduce the pressure.

there are so many ways. some if them are
1 we can take do excersises
2 we can say our problems to elders or friend to find a solution
3 we can try distractions for changing our mood. we can try Listening music. playing outdoor games
4 we can also plan for trips because it may give us a pleasant environment
5 finally solving our problems which made us to feel depressed is can be the only way
