Sometimes yoghurt becomes bitter and froths up. why does this happen ??!!

▪︎The culture of lactobacilli with which the yoghurt is made maybe spoilt sometimes.

▪︎Instead of lactobacilli, there is growth of harmful clostridium in such cultures .

▪︎The pH also becomes more acidic.

▪︎Such yoghurt becomes bitter and also show Frothing
