sometimes you may find that although the liquid is conducting, yet the bulb of the circuit does not glow. Why?

It might happen that sometime bulb doesn't blow because bulb may not have capacity to glow in a weak current or it might happen that the current is weak or it might happen that connection is lose!!!!!     Hope it helps u
