for x= 0

4×0+6y = 18

y = 18/6

y=3

for x = 1

4×1+6y =18

6y=18-4

y= 14/6=2.3

for x= 2

4×2+6y=18

8+6y=18

6y=18-8

y= 10/6= 1.6
