Sonia purchased 40 chairs at the rate of ₹200 each. she kept 4 chairs for her use and Sold the rest at the rate of ₹240 each. Find her profit or loss?​

Sonia kept 4 chairs and sell the remaining chairs

Chairs sold by Sonia = 40-4 = 36

S.P. of 1 Chair = ₹240

S.P. of 36 chair = ₹36×240 = ₹8640

Total C.P. = ₹8000

Total S.P. = ₹8640

Profit = 8640-8000 = ₹ 640
